Ebula indicates 110 but lzb drive the train at 120.
And whats the meaning of the speed 105 wih black background? Anyway lzb drive at 120

The white-on-black speed indicates that a train not operating with LZB has to reduce its speed to that value due to lacking brake force. LZB compensates with earlier start of braking and thus can use higher speed limit.

In his last sentence, Klaus has already addressed the "why" in relation to the higher speed under LZB guidance:

In PZB mode you have to decelerate below 70Km/h within 29 seconds after being influenced by the 1000Hz magnet at the distant signal. Indicated by the Bremshundertstel "braking hundredths" in your timetable, e.g. "96Brh", the "70" in your MFA starts flashing.
This, in combination with the maximum speeds of your wagons, results in a maximum speed of 110Km/h for your train, to make sure that you can stop accordingly infront of a red signal.

However as the LZB braking point sets in earlier and as a result you have more time to brake than you would have in PZB modes, the maximum speed of your train can be increased.
I hope that makes sense.

The speed highlighted in yellow shows that your train is currently in the section of track in which this maximum speed applies.

More generally speaking, any speed limit which isn't sign-posted using lineside signalling will be indicated in white-on-black (inverted colours). Though yes, lack of sufficient brake force is a common reason for that, at least for freight trains.

Ebula speeds are only valid when driving to conventional signalling, where your speed isn't just limited by the maximum speed of your train and the track geometry (and possibly some other factors, but we can ignore those for the moment), but also by the need to fit the available braking distances provided by the conventional lineside signalling. In Germany most main lines use a signal spacing of 1000 m, which is usually too short to allow much more than ~110 – 115 km/h with freight trains (and the slightest downgrade means that that speed immediately needs to be reduced further, i.e. that 105 km/h limit in your screenshot), even if the wagons themselves would e.g. permit running at 120 km/h (common with container trains).

When running under cab signalling (LZB or ETCS), the cab signalling takes precedence and the Ebula speeds can be disregarded. And because with cab signalling you're no longer limited by the signal spacing of the conventional lineside signalling, you can run at the full speed of your train where the track geometry allows it.

The yellow background means that this is a repeat of the last speed restriction, which happened somewhere further down the screen, outside of the currently visible area. (I.e. the 110 km/h restriction didn't start at km 81,1, but somewhere further down the screen.)

Speed in pointed brackets is for the case if you are on the left track/counter track.
To toggle the speeds in the EBuLa you need to press "GW".

Sometimes I have two indications of the speed, above as always, and below a different value in round brackets.

This brackets are not round but Chars 〈 and 〉 (Angle brackets). Usage see comment of user yxyx.
